Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the GKAI Core platform ("Core"), including subscription seat access, reserved roster functionality, Market Signals, Real-time Market Intelligence Cards, notifications, and all related communication and data services provided by GKAI Core ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Core platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

• Partner: Any lender, broker, institution, or authorized representative with an active Core account.
• Subscription Seat: A paid, reserved access position within the Core platform providing visibility into certain Real-time Market Intelligence Cards and Market Signals.
• Market Intelligence Card: A structured, representation of real-time market interest.
• Market Signal: A data event or notification indicating real-time market interest or verification signals.
• Core: The partner-facing digital environment operated by GKAI Core.

2. Eligibility

Core access is limited to licensed professionals, financial institutions, or approved partner organizations.

3. Purpose of the Core Platform

The Core delivers Market Signals, Real-time Market Intelligence Cards, and roster notifications to facilitate professional alignment between market demands and qualified financial partners.

4. Subscription Seats & Access

By purchasing or reserving a subscription seat, you agree that:

• Seat access is limited to the authorized user or organization
• Sharing credentials is prohibited
• Seat scope and features may change as the platform evolves

5. Use of Real-time Market Intelligence Cards & Market Signals

• Data may only be used for internal outreach, qualification, and internal comensemet purposes
• Resale, redistribution, copying, scraping, or export of Platform data is prohibited
• All TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and applicable advertising and privacy laws must be followed

6. SMS Communications

By providing your mobile number or texting START to (888) 570-5058, you consent to receive Core-related SMS messages.

SMS messaging terms and operational rules are provided within the Exchange environment and apply to all Core-related SMS communications.

7. Platform Conduct

• No scraping, automation, reverse engineering, or unauthorized access
• No misrepresentation to consumers or misuse of consumer intent data
• No interference with platform security, uptime, or integrity

8. No Warranty

The Core platform is provided "as-is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability shall not exceed one month of subscription fees paid by the Partner for the Core.

10. Termination

GKAI Co may suspend or terminate access for violations, abuse, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Core platform or data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Relationship to Other Policies

These Terms apply within the Core environment. Additional terms, disclosures, and policies may apply to other GKAI Core services and environments.
